The login to eLogistics takes place automatically via a TLS encryption. TLS stands for "Transport Layer Security", the further development of SSL ("Secure Sockets Layer") and can be translated with "secure connection". On first login to eLogistics, under some circumstances, you are required to verify a certificate. Please accept this. With this certificate the transmission of information, for example the eLogistics login data, is encrypted. In addition, it is confirmed that the server is trustworthy. Because every current browser supports this standard, no adjustments are necessary. If, however, problems occur with the login, please contact your Dachser branch.
Even an up-to-date version of Internet Explorer can behave like older browsers which can lead to display problems in some eLogistics applications. The reason for this is the so-called Compatibility View. We therefore recommend that dachser.com is not called up with activated Compatibility View.
Deactivation of Compatibility View
Click on Tools in the menu bar and select "Compatibility View settings". If the point "Display intranet sites in Compatibility View" is activated for you, remove the tick there. If dachser.com is set in the field "Websites you've added to Compatibility View" please remove this entry.
